Energizers Aquatic Fitness by Lenore We welcome everyone to beautiful Huatulco Mexico and SEA SOUL Huatulco club where this event will take place. I am Co-Hosting this with Charlene and arranging special events. A welcoming evening at Chahue Corner Huatulco, fabulous restaurants, Bay tours of the 9 bays, kayaking, paddleboarding, sunrise yoga on the beach, waterfalls tour or just a chilled day on one of the welcoming beaches. More information to come!  

CALA would like to share success stories of our Certified Aquafit Instructors. Each instructor takes not only their learning to the job but also their heart for Aqua fitness and their participants. The Kopansky Methodology is a total body holistic approach (Mind, Body & Spirit).
