A resolution you can keep is to bring something new to your Aquafit classes at least twice each month.  Keep your classes interesting and creative.  Always enforcing proper posture and form.  Continue to educate your participants so they get the maximum benefit from each movement.  Educate your participants about how each movement is working their body.
