TAKE A LOOK AT YOURSELF - THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT

It is that time of the year when we should take a look at ourselves. Are you still using the same choreography? Are you continuing to develop your skills and knowledge. Have you taken time to learn about your participants needs are? Are you more informed of medical conditions your participants are dealing with? Are you adapting your movements so all get the maximum benefit from each movement?

A resolution you can keep is to bring something new to your Aquafit classes at least twice each month.  Keep your classes interesting and creative.  Always enforcing proper posture and form.  Continue to educate your participants so they get the maximum benefit from each movement.  Educate your participants about how each movement is working their body.

Thank you so much Charlene You’re the Best Congrats CALA is preparing to celebrate their 29th year anniversary. CALA extends their appreciation to all our friends for spreading the CALA Kopanksy Aquafit Method. Your commitment to educating your participants as you lead your classes. The more your participants understand their bodies and how their bodies are working when they do an exercise, the more benefit they get from each exercise. Continue to provide the tools your participants need to take charge of their own bodies.
