CALA Free Webinar - Presenter Dylan Harries Heads Up Save and Share the date Registration form in development Dylan will be offering a free webinar Sunday September 7 2025 12:30-2:30 pm est. The webinar is open to all national and international Aquafitness enthusiasts Aqua Movement Lab - CALA Webinar Spring back into fitness. Let's celebrate movement all together. We will review some different choreography teaching styles. Practice 6 CALA base moves and apply the laps formula to them. Focus will be placed on technique and form. Then we will develop 3 creative blocks of choreography that you can take to the pool.  This is a free session for all CALA members and special guests with an option to purchase 1 CALA and Canfitpro CEC for $25.00 plus tax which will gain you access to the recording and handout.
