CALA

  Seems like so many years ago that I was honoured by the professionals at canfitpro for this lifetime achievement award. I continue to be grateful, especially for the CALA team that continue to spread the joy of movement in water

A resolution you can keep is to bring something new to your Aquafit classes at least twice each month.  Keep your classes interesting and creative.  Always enforcing proper posture and form.  Continue to educate your participants so they get the maximum benefit from each movement.  Educate your participants about how each movement is working their body.

The more your participants understand their bodies and how their bodies are working when they do an exercise, the more benefit they get from each exercise. Continue to provide the tools your participants need to take charge of their own bodies.
