Walking is more that placing one foot in front of the other. It involves strong feet, ankles, back, legs, hips and upper body. So many of us work with people who use mobility devices which cause an in balance when walking. Total Body awareness is important when working on your gait. Katherine will educate you on how to introduce GAIT training into you aquafit classes. You will learn how to identify GAIT and how to address them, Proper posture will be discussed in detail. With age posture tends to deteriorate for various reasons.
