MENTORING FELLOW CALA INSTRUCTORS

CALA Instructors are a part of an Alliance and together the Alliance makes CALA strong. They give are always there for each other. They give back from the heart to fellow instructors. No one instructor stands alone. Sharing and caring for others allows all CALA instructors to continue their growth after their training. Mentoring is there for new instructors at the start of their certification journey and after they are certified.

If you are available to mentor, please let CALA know so they can pass on your information to new instructors. New instructors benefit from viewing other CALA instructor classes and when possible team teach a class or practice their assessment routine with an actual class.

Take time to share your mentoring experience and how you are continuing to mentoring experience.
