Be proactive when looking for Aquafit Instructor jobs.

When looking for an Aquafit job, locate all local job posting boards, register to receive notice of posted Aquafit jobs, keep an eye on the CALA list of posted jobs on the website, check the CALA facebook groups, CALA Blog and Instagram.

Network with fellow CALA Aquafit Instructors through the Private CALA Instructor group (accessible by CALA members only).

Contact facilities that you want to work at. Ask if you can leave your resume to be considered for future openings. Discuss if they have an on call sub list that you could be placed on. This would give you a foot in the door for future positions.
